We provide several ways for you to make your monthly mortgage payments, so you can choose the method that is most convenient for you.

Automatic Payment Drafting(ACH)
If your loan type is eligible, there is no charge to have your monthly mortgage payment automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. you can enroll online or download an Automatic Drafting Authorization Form and follow the simple instructions. Pay Online(WEB)
The Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) service is available to make an electronic debit directly from your checking account. You will need your checking account number and routing information to process your payment. You can visit "My Account" menu on www.ahmsi3.com and click "Pay Bill". Online payments made on weekends, holidays, or after 8:00 PM CST on weekdays will be processed on the next business day. Payments will be reflected on your account within 24-48 hours of receiving your payment. There is a nominal fee required to process this transaction.

Pay by Phone(AGENT)
AHMSI puts the power of choice in your hands when making a payment. We offer the use of our interactive Self Service application, Western Union Speed Pay service, and also offer you the choice of a phone pay with one of our associates. You will need your checking account number and routing information to process your payment. Charges for either of these services are shown below.

Additional Payments
Additional payments can be submitted by mail towards loan principal or towards your escrow account. Some loans may contain a prepayment charge clause and additional principal payments may incur a prepayment charge. If you are unsure, please review your loan documents or call a Customer Care associate at 877.304.3100.
